These terms apply when you visit shopcaressentials.com or buy from CarEssentials ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

CarEssentials is a small online store based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA. You can reach us any time at support@shopcaressentials.com.

2. Orders

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we received it. Your order is accepted when we ship it.
We may cancel or limit an order, for example if an item is unavailable, the price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
Please check your shipping address before you check out. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
We can change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders already placed.
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We don't store your full card details.
If we make a mistake in a price or product description, we'll contact you and let you choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping rates, delivery times, and how orders from our Oklahoma stock and from our supplier are handled are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us and we'll make it right as described there.

6. Products

We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colors can look slightly different on different screens.
"Universal fit" and similar statements mean an item fits many vehicles, not every vehicle. Please check the size details on the product page before you buy.
Use products as intended and never in a way that distracts you while driving or blocks airbags, controls, or your view of the road.

7. Using our site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to hack, disrupt, or scrape it, place fraudulent orders, or use it for anything illegal. All text, photos, and design on the site belong to CarEssentials or are used with permission, and you may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

8. Your information

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Warranty disclaimer and limit of liability

Apart from what our Refund Policy and the law provide, products and the site are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma and applicable US federal law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you placed your order apply to that order.
